摘 要:目的检测慢性乙肝患者外周血Treg/Th17及相关细胞因子水平,探讨其与慢性乙肝发病的关系。方法选择30例慢性乙肝患者为观察组,另选择30例健康志愿者为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血中Treg细胞和Th17细胞频数,并检测其相关的细胞因子IL-17、IL-23、IL-10及TGF-β1水平。结果研究组外周血Treg细胞频数和Th17细胞频数显著高于对照组,而Treg/Th17显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。研究组IL-10、TGF-β1及IL-23水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。而重度患者TGF-β1水平和Treg/Th17显著高于轻中度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性乙肝患者外周血Treg细胞和Th17细胞均明显升高,而两者的失衡在疾病的发生发展过程中发挥了重要的作用。Objective To discuss change of peripheral blood Treg/Th17 and relevant cytokines and its significance in CHB by detecting its peripheral blood levels. Methods Selected 30 cases with CHB as study group, and 30 healthy volunteer as control group. Peripheral blood Treg and Th17 cells and its relevant cytokines (IL-17,IL-23 ,IL-10 and TGF-β1) were detected. Results Treg and Th17 in study were higher than control group, but Treg/Th17 was lower than control group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). IL-10,TGF-β1 and IL-23 in study group were obviously higher than control group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). TGF-β1 and Treg/Th17 in sever cases were higher than mild to moderate cases(P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Peripheral Blood Treg and Th17 cells increase obviously in CHB, and unbalance of them show significant in development of CHB.
